Getcustomerservices ("we", "us") provides GoHighLevel services, custom dashboards, websites, snapshots and virtual assistant services. • Client account access: when you hire us, the access you grant to tools such as GoHighLevel. We use it only to deliver the agreed work.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and schedule calls.
• To deliver, support and invoice the services you buy.
• To improve the website, using aggregated analytics only where you have consented.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business, for example email, scheduling, CRM, hosting and payment providers. They process data on our behalf under contract and only for the purposes above. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal obligations, typically up to 7 years for financial records.

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
