GoHighLevel customization that makes the platform feel like yours

Branded themes, custom login pages, simplified menus and helpful widgets for agencies that white-label GoHighLevel and want clients to see a consistent, professional product.

The short answer

What is GoHighLevel dashboard customization?

GoHighLevel dashboard customization changes how the platform looks and behaves for your users through custom CSS and scripts. Common changes include brand colors and fonts, a branded login page on your domain, renamed or hidden menu items, custom links and widgets such as announcements or onboarding checklists. It helps agencies present a white-labeled product.

Why teams choose us for this

The way we work matters as much as what we build.

Designed around your brand

We apply your colors, typography and logo consistently across screens, not just the sidebar, so the platform looks intentional.

Clean, documented code

Custom CSS and scripts are commented and organized, so you or another developer can understand and adjust them later.

Checked across screens

We test changes on common browsers and screen sizes, including the pages clients use most, before handing them over.

Maintained after updates

GoHighLevel updates its interface often. Maintenance plans cover checking and adjusting your customizations when it does.

Why do agencies customize the GoHighLevel interface?

When an agency resells GoHighLevel, the platform becomes part of the agency's product. Clients judge it the same way they judge a website or a proposal. A default interface with unfamiliar menu items and generic colors can make a premium service feel like a reseller arrangement. A consistent brand, a login page on your own domain and a menu that shows only relevant tools make the experience feel deliberate.

Customization also reduces support work. Many client questions come from confusion about where things are or which features to ignore. Renaming menu items in your clients' language, hiding tools they do not use and adding links to help videos or a support form means fewer messages asking how to find something, and a smoother start for new accounts. It also makes onboarding calls shorter, because there is less to explain.

How is GoHighLevel customized without breaking the platform?

GoHighLevel allows agencies to add custom CSS and JavaScript in agency settings. CSS controls appearance, such as colors, spacing and fonts. JavaScript can add elements such as widgets, banners or extra menu links. Because these sit on top of the platform rather than changing it, they can be removed at any time and the default interface returns. Nothing about your data, contacts or automations is touched by these changes.

The risk is that GoHighLevel changes its page structure during updates, which can make a customization stop working or display oddly. We reduce that risk by targeting stable elements, keeping code minimal, avoiding changes to core functions such as billing or messaging, and testing after major platform releases. If something does break, it fails toward the default view rather than blocking your users from doing their work.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions people ask us most. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

What parts of GoHighLevel can be rebranded?

You can change colors, fonts, logos, buttons, cards and backgrounds across the agency view and sub-accounts. The login page can be redesigned and placed on your own domain. Menu items can be renamed, reordered, hidden or supplemented with custom links. Widgets such as announcement bars, checklists and help panels can be added. Some areas, such as certain emails sent by HighLevel, have separate branding settings.

Will clients see that the platform is GoHighLevel?

With white-label settings and customization, most day-to-day screens show your brand, domain and logo instead. Some references can remain in places outside your control, such as certain third-party app store listings or links in platform notices. We review the screens your clients use most and point out any remaining references so you know what to expect.

How long does a GoHighLevel customization project take?

A login page or menu cleanup usually takes a few business days after we receive your brand assets. A full custom theme typically takes one to two weeks, including a review round on a test account. Widgets depend on complexity. We share a preview before applying changes to live accounts, so your clients only see the finished version.

Can I preview a theme before it goes live to clients?

Yes. We build and review changes on a test sub-account or with code that only applies to your own user while you review it. You can click through the main screens, request adjustments and approve the final version. Only then do we apply it to client accounts, ideally at a quiet time so nobody is mid-task when the look changes.

Does customization work on the GoHighLevel mobile app?

Custom CSS and scripts apply to the web version of GoHighLevel opened in a browser. The standard mobile app does not load them. Agencies that want a branded mobile experience can use HighLevel's separate branded app offering, which has its own setup and costs. We explain the options so you can decide whether mobile branding matters for your clients.

What brand assets should I prepare for customization?

Please send your logo in SVG or high-resolution PNG, a light and a dark version if you have them, your brand colors as hex codes and the fonts you use on your website. Screenshots of designs you like are helpful too. If you do not have a formal brand guide, we can propose a palette based on your logo and website.

Can customization add features GoHighLevel does not have?

To a degree. Scripts can add helpful interface elements, such as quick links, announcement banners, onboarding checklists or embedded tools from other services. They cannot change how core platform features work, such as billing logic or message delivery. For deeper functionality, an integration, a marketplace app or a connected dashboard is usually a better route, and we will recommend which fits.

Who maintains the customizations after you deliver them?

You can maintain them yourself using the documented code we hand over, or choose a maintenance plan where we monitor GoHighLevel updates, fix anything that shifts and make small changes on request. Agencies with many clients usually prefer the plan, because a broken theme is visible to every user at once and is best caught quickly.
