You are not sure how to package plans
Choosing which features go in each tier, what to charge and how to handle usage costs is confusing, and poor packaging leads to low margins or confused customers.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (EST)
We help agencies turn GoHighLevel into their own branded software offer, with subscription plans, Stripe billing, rebilled usage, a custom app domain and an onboarding journey that sets up each new customer automatically.
What you get
Required plan
GHL Agency Pro
Billing
Stripe + rebilling
GoHighLevel SaaS mode lets an agency on the Agency Pro plan resell GHL as its own branded software. Using the SaaS Configurator, the agency creates subscription plans, connects Stripe for billing, rebills phone, email and AI usage with a markup, and automatically creates a sub-account with the right snapshot when a customer signs up.
These are the problems that usually bring people to us. If two or more apply, this service is worth a closer look.
Choosing which features go in each tier, what to charge and how to handle usage costs is confusing, and poor packaging leads to low margins or confused customers.
Phone, email and AI usage costs can surprise both you and your customers if rebilling, wallet top-ups and markups are not configured carefully.
Without an automated sign-up flow, every new customer needs someone to create the account, load the snapshot and send login details by hand.
Customers see a mix of your name and default platform elements, from the login page to email notifications, which weakens trust in your offer.
Everything below is part of the work, written into your quote, and handed over with notes so you are never locked in.
Subscription tiers with feature access, trial periods and pricing configured in the GHL SaaS Configurator.
Stripe linked to your agency, with rebilling and markup set for LC Phone, LC Email and AI usage, plus wallet and auto-recharge rules.
Custom app domain, branded login page, logo, colors, email sender details and favicon so customers see your brand throughout.
A sales page and SaaS checkout connected to your plans so customers can sign up and pay without speaking to you first.
Workflows that create the sub-account, load the right snapshot, send welcome emails and guide the customer through first steps.
Snapshots tailored to each plan or niche so new accounts arrive with pipelines, workflows, forms and templates ready to use.
A help center structure, onboarding videos outline and support process so your team can handle customer questions consistently.
A clear path from first call to handover. You always know what is happening, what we need from you, and what comes next.
We define your target market, plan tiers, included features and usage policy, and estimate your costs per account so pricing leaves a healthy margin.
We configure the SaaS Configurator, Stripe, rebilling, white-label domain and branding across the agency account.
We build or refine plan snapshots and create the sign-up, welcome and activation workflows that set up each new customer.
We run test purchases on every plan, confirm accounts are created correctly and billing behaves as expected, then launch.
What changes in your day-to-day once this is done properly.
Customers buy a branded software subscription, which can sit alongside or replace done-for-you agency services.
Subscriptions and usage are billed automatically through Stripe, reducing manual invoicing and chasing payments.
New customers are set up with the right snapshot and welcome sequence the moment they sign up, at any time of day.
Clear prices, agreed before work starts. If your project needs something different, we will quote it in writing first.

SaaS mode is a feature of the GoHighLevel Agency Pro plan. It lets you create your own subscription plans in the SaaS Configurator, connect Stripe and sell access to GHL under your brand. When someone buys a plan, GoHighLevel automatically creates a sub-account, applies the features included in that plan and can load a snapshot you choose. Plan settings control which features customers can access.
Billing happens through your Stripe account. You set the subscription price, and you can also rebill usage such as LC Phone calls and texts, LC Email sends and AI features with a markup. Customers top up a wallet or are charged automatically, depending on how you configure it. Careful configuration of markups, wallet minimums and auto-recharge amounts protects your margins and avoids unexpected charges, which is one of the most common sources of customer complaints in new SaaS offers.
Start by understanding your costs: your agency subscription, support time, onboarding effort and any usage you do not rebill. Then price around the value your plan delivers to a specific type of customer, rather than around the features of GoHighLevel itself. A roofing company cares about booked inspections, not workflow counts. Pricing that speaks to that outcome is easier to sell and easier to justify.
Most agencies offer two or three tiers, such as a starter plan for CRM and messaging, a growth plan adding automations and reputation management, and a premium plan with done-for-you setup or AI features. Keeping tiers simple helps customers choose quickly and reduces support questions. Review your pricing after the first few months of real sign-ups, because actual usage, support load and cancellation reasons will show whether each tier is set at the right level.
White labeling means presenting the software under your own brand. In GoHighLevel, that includes a custom domain for the app, your logo and colors, a branded login page, your company name in system emails and your own support links. Customers interact with your brand rather than the platform behind it. This builds trust, keeps the customer relationship firmly with your agency and makes your offer feel like a complete product.
Agencies can go further with a white-label mobile app, custom CSS and JavaScript for the interface, and customized menus. The level of white labeling you need depends on your audience. For many agencies, a branded domain, login page and consistent email sender are the most important pieces. Start with those, test every customer-facing screen and email, then add deeper customization once the core offer is selling and you know what your customers value most.
