Two groups. Marketing agencies that resell GoHighLevel and need setup, customization, snapshots, dashboards or extra hands. And local service businesses, such as dental practices, roofers, mortgage brokers, childcare centers and auto shops, that want a website and a CRM that bring in and follow up with customers without extra admin.

Do I need to already have a GoHighLevel account?
For GoHighLevel work and snapshots, yes, you need an agency or sub-account, and the subscription is billed by HighLevel directly. If you do not have one yet, we can help you choose the right plan on the free call. Websites, custom dashboards and virtual assistants do not require GoHighLevel, although most clients connect them to it.

How do your prices work?
Most work is a fixed, one-time price agreed in writing before we start. Snapshots are a single price that includes installation. Ongoing services, such as support plans, care plans and virtual assistants, are monthly with no long contract. Every published price is on the pricing page, so you can see the numbers before you talk to anyone.

How quickly can you start?
Most projects start within a week of the quote being approved. A snapshot is installed within one business day of receiving access, then branded and connected over the following days. A niche website typically goes live in about two weeks. Larger GoHighLevel builds and custom dashboards are scheduled in stages, and you get dates for each stage in the written plan.

Will I be able to manage things myself after you finish?
Yes. Every project ends with a handover: written notes on what was built, a recorded walkthrough, and clear names on every workflow, pipeline and page so your team can find their way around. If you would rather not touch it, a support plan or a virtual assistant can handle changes for you.
