Staff re-type data between systems
Copying contacts, jobs or invoices from one tool into another wastes time and introduces errors that are hard to find later.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (EST)
We connect GoHighLevel to the software your business already depends on, using native integrations, webhooks, automation platforms and the GHL API v2, so data flows between systems without copy and paste.
What you get
API version
GHL API v2 (OAuth)
Methods
Webhooks, Zapier, Make, code
GoHighLevel integration means connecting GHL to other software so data moves automatically between them. It can use native integrations, inbound and outbound webhooks, tools like Zapier or Make, or custom code built on the GoHighLevel API v2 with OAuth. Typical uses include syncing contacts, payments, bookings and job data.
These are the problems that usually bring people to us. If two or more apply, this service is worth a closer look.
Copying contacts, jobs or invoices from one tool into another wastes time and introduces errors that are hard to find later.
Automation chains built in a hurry fail quietly when a field changes or a token expires, and data stops syncing for weeks.
Practice management, field service or dealership systems often lack a native connection, leaving GoHighLevel blind to what happens after the booking.
Integrations built on older API keys may need to move to API v2 and OAuth, which requires updated authentication and endpoints.
Everything below is part of the work, written into your quote, and handed over with notes so you are never locked in.
Configuration of built-in connections such as Stripe, Google Business Profile, Facebook, QuickBooks, Shopify and calendar sync.
Workflow webhooks that send GHL data to other systems, and inbound webhook triggers that start GHL workflows from outside events.
Well-structured automations with error handling, filters and naming, for connections that do not need custom code.
Server-side integrations using the GoHighLevel API v2 with OAuth, for contacts, opportunities, calendars, conversations and custom objects.
Scheduled syncs that send GHL data to Google Sheets, BigQuery or a database to power custom reports and dashboards.
Logging and alerts so failed syncs are noticed and retried instead of silently dropping records.
Documentation of every connection, including field mapping, triggers, credentials location and how to troubleshoot.
A clear path from first call to handover. You always know what is happening, what we need from you, and what comes next.
We list which systems need to share data, in which direction and how often, then map each field between them.
We choose the simplest reliable method, whether native, webhook, Zapier, Make or custom API code, and explain the trade-offs and running costs.
We build and test the integration with sample data, including edge cases such as duplicates, missing fields and failed requests.
We switch on the live connection, watch logs closely in the first days and hand over documentation and alerting.
What changes in your day-to-day once this is done properly.
Contacts, payments and job updates stay consistent across tools, which reduces confusion and duplicated effort.
Events in other systems, such as a completed job or paid invoice, can trigger GHL workflows like review requests or follow-ups.
Error handling, monitoring and documentation make integrations easier to support and less likely to fail unnoticed.
Clear prices, agreed before work starts. If your project needs something different, we will quote it in writing first.

Use the simplest method that will stay reliable. Native integrations are best when they exist, because they are maintained by GoHighLevel or the other vendor. Zapier and Make suit low to moderate volumes and straightforward logic, and they are easy for non-developers to inspect. Workflow webhooks are a good fit when GHL needs to notify another system the moment something happens. They are quick to set up, but they need a receiving system on the other end, such as Make, a custom script or another application that accepts incoming data.
Custom code on the GHL API v2 makes sense for high volumes, two-way syncing, complex logic or when you are building a product that many accounts will use. It costs more to build but avoids per-task fees and gives full control over error handling. It does require hosting, monitoring and occasional updates when the API changes, so it is best suited to integrations that are central to how the business runs.
The GoHighLevel API v2 lets approved apps read and write most core data in an account. That includes contacts, opportunities and pipelines, calendars and appointments, conversations and messages, custom fields and custom values, forms and survey submissions, payments and more. Access is granted through OAuth, where the account owner approves specific scopes for the app. Rate limits apply, so heavy syncing must be planned.
Common uses include syncing contacts with external databases, creating opportunities from a quoting tool, booking appointments from a custom app, and pulling data into reporting dashboards. Agencies also use the API to automate tasks across many sub-accounts at once. Because the API changes over time, good integrations handle errors gracefully, refresh OAuth tokens automatically and log every request. That way, when something unexpected happens, the problem can be traced and fixed quickly instead of silently corrupting data.
A webhook is a message one system sends to another when something happens. In a GHL workflow, the webhook action sends contact and event data to a URL you choose, such as a Make scenario or your own server, the moment the workflow reaches that step. You choose which fields are included, and the receiving system can then create records, update data or start its own process based on what it receives.
In the other direction, the inbound webhook trigger gives you a unique URL that other systems can post data to. When data arrives, it starts a GHL workflow, and you can map the incoming values to contact fields. This makes webhooks one of the simplest ways to connect GoHighLevel to tools that do not have a native integration. Securing the URL and validating incoming data is important.
