Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how we work, what our services include and what they cost. If your question is not here, send it to us and we will reply within one business day.

General & getting started

What is the first step to working with Getcustomerservices?

Send a message through the contact page or book a short discovery call. Tell us what you want to fix or build and which tools you use today. We reply within one business day, ask a few clarifying questions and, if we are a good fit, send a written scope with a fixed price. Nothing is charged until you approve it.

Is the discovery call free?

Yes. The first call is free and carries no obligation. It is a chance for us to understand your situation and for you to judge whether our approach suits you. If we think another provider or a simpler solution is a better fit, we will tell you on the call rather than trying to sell you something you do not need.

Do you work with both agencies and individual businesses?

Yes. Agencies typically come to us for white-label GoHighLevel work, snapshot deployments, dashboard customization and virtual assistants who support their client accounts. Individual businesses usually need a website, a working CRM with automatic follow-up, or help answering leads. The process is the same for both, though agencies often need work delivered under their own brand.

What information do you need before quoting a project?

We need a description of the outcome you want, the tools involved, any deadlines and roughly how many people, locations or client accounts the work covers. Screenshots or access to your current setup help us quote accurately. For websites, a list of services and towns served is useful. We confirm assumptions in the scope so the quote reflects reality.

How long do most projects take from approval to launch?

Snapshot installs and small fixes often finish within days. Websites typically launch in about 10 to 14 business days depending on the plan. Full GoHighLevel setups take one to three weeks, and dashboards or complex integrations can take longer. The biggest factor is usually how quickly content, access and approvals arrive, which is why we list them upfront.

Can I speak to someone before committing to anything?

Yes. You can book a call, send questions by email or ask for a screen-share walkthrough of a snapshot or example build. We prefer that you have a clear picture of what you are buying before you pay for it. Ask as many questions as you need. A good fit is better for both sides than a rushed decision.

GoHighLevel

Do I buy GoHighLevel through you?

No. You sign up for GoHighLevel directly with HighLevel, so the subscription, billing and account ownership stay with you. We then work inside your account as an added user. If you do not have an account yet, we can explain which plan suits your needs before you sign up, and help with initial settings once it is active.

Which GoHighLevel plan should a local business choose?

Most single-location businesses can run comfortably on HighLevel's entry plan, which includes the CRM, calendars, funnels, messaging and automation. Higher plans mainly add unlimited sub-accounts, white-labeling and SaaS features, which matter to agencies. Plans and features change over time, so we check HighLevel's current offering against your needs during scoping.

What is a GoHighLevel sub-account?

A sub-account is a separate workspace inside GoHighLevel for one business or location, with its own contacts, pipelines, calendars, phone numbers and automations. Agencies create one sub-account per client. A local business typically uses one sub-account for its operations, or one per location if teams and reporting need to stay separate.

What is A2P 10DLC and why does it matter for texting?

A2P 10DLC is the US carrier registration system for businesses sending text messages from standard local numbers. Registering your brand and the type of messages you send is required for reliable delivery, and unregistered traffic can be blocked or filtered. We help you prepare the registration details accurately, since rejections usually come from vague descriptions or missing opt-in wording.

Can GoHighLevel automatically follow up with new leads?

Yes. Workflows can send a text and email within moments of a form submission, call or missed call, then continue with reminders if the lead does not respond. They can also assign the lead to a team member, create a task and move it through your pipeline. We build follow-up sequences that stop as soon as the person replies or books.

What ongoing support is available for GoHighLevel accounts?

We offer monthly support plans starting at $297 per month. They cover fixes, small edits, workflow adjustments and help with questions, with larger plans adding more capacity and agency-level work. Plans are month to month. You can also ask for one-off help without a plan, quoted before we start.

Websites

How much does a niche website cost?

Our niche websites start at $997 for the Launch plan with up to six pages. The Growth plan is $1,997 and adds service and area pages, booking or quotes and SMS follow-up. The Authority plan is $3,497 for multi-location or competitive markets. All are one-time fees, with an optional $97 per month care plan for hosting and edits.

Do you write the website content for me?

Yes. Copywriting is included in every website plan. We interview you on a discovery call about your services, customers, towns and what sets you apart, then write pages designed for both visitors and search engines. You review and approve everything before launch, and we note any facts, such as licenses or certifications, that you need to confirm.

Will my website work well on phones?

Yes. We design mobile-first, because most local searches happen on phones. That means readable text without zooming, tap-friendly buttons, click-to-call numbers and forms that are quick to complete on a small screen. We test on common phone sizes and aim for high PageSpeed scores so pages load quickly on mobile connections.

Do your websites include SEO?

Every site includes on-page SEO: keyword-focused titles and descriptions, a clear heading structure, internal links, image alt text, schema markup, an XML sitemap and an llms.txt file for AI tools. Growth and Authority plans add service area pages. Ongoing work such as link building or regular blog content is separate and can be discussed if you need it.

Can you redesign an existing website instead of starting over?

We usually rebuild rather than patch, because our sites are custom-coded for speed and structure. What we keep is anything valuable from your current site: content that ranks, your domain, page addresses that receive traffic and any reviews or photos you own. Redirects carry your old pages to the new ones so visitors and search engines are not lost.

Who hosts the website after launch?

If you choose our care plan, we host the site on a global edge network and handle security, uptime monitoring, monthly checks and up to five content edits a month. If you prefer, you can host it yourself or with another provider, and we will hand over the files and instructions. Your domain always stays registered in your name.

Snapshots

What is included in the price of a snapshot?

Each price covers the snapshot itself, installation into your GoHighLevel sub-account and a setup call where we walk through the build and connect your details. The snapshot typically includes a website or funnels, calendars, a pipeline, workflows, message templates, custom fields, an AI agent prompt and a dashboard. Your GoHighLevel subscription and usage costs are separate.

How quickly can a snapshot be installed?

Installation itself is quick once we have access to your sub-account and your business details. The setup call is scheduled at a time that suits you. The step that most often takes longest is US text messaging registration, which depends on carrier review. Your workflows that do not rely on texting can run while that review is completed.

Do I need technical skills to use a snapshot?

No. The snapshot is installed and connected for you, and the setup call shows you the parts you will use each day, such as the pipeline, conversations and calendar. Making small changes, like editing a message, is straightforward once shown. For larger adjustments, you can ask us for a quote or use a support plan.

Can one snapshot be used across multiple locations?

Yes, with some planning. Many businesses use a separate sub-account for each location so contacts, calendars and reporting stay apart, and the snapshot is installed into each one. Others prefer one sub-account with location-specific calendars and fields. We recommend the structure during the setup call, and additional installations can be quoted if needed.

Are snapshots updated over time?

We improve our snapshots as we learn what works and as GoHighLevel adds features. Because your installed copy belongs to your sub-account and you may have customized it, updates are not pushed automatically. If a newer version is available and useful to you, we can explain the changes and help apply the relevant parts without overwriting your edits.

Can a snapshot be combined with a niche website?

Yes. All eight snapshot niches have a matching website option. The website captures leads through forms and booking, and the snapshot handles pipelines, follow-up and reminders in GoHighLevel. Ordering both together means we connect them during the build, so you start with one joined-up system rather than two pieces to link later.

Virtual assistants

How much does a virtual assistant cost?

Hourly plans start at $20 per hour, with a monthly minimum. Part-time plans of about 20 hours per week start at $899 per month, and full-time plans of about 40 hours per week start at $1,599 per month. GoHighLevel-trained assistants cost more because of their platform skills. Each role page lists its exact prices.

What training do your assistants receive before working for me?

Assistants are trained for their role, such as GoHighLevel, customer support or appointment setting, before placement. They then learn your business through onboarding: written procedures for your tasks, access to your tools and a review period with feedback. Role-specific skill matters, but your procedures are what make the work consistent with how you operate.

Who writes the procedures my assistant follows?

We write them with you. During onboarding, we document each recurring task step by step, often by recording you doing it once and turning that into a written procedure. You approve each one. If you already have procedures, we review and use them. Procedures are updated whenever a process changes, so they stay accurate.

Can I give my assistant new tasks after they start?

Yes. Most clients add tasks as trust grows. Tell your assistant or account manager what you need, and we will document new recurring tasks so they are handled consistently. If new work exceeds your plan's hours, we will discuss whether to adjust the plan or prioritize tasks, rather than letting things slip quietly.

How do you keep my business information confidential?

Assistants work under confidentiality terms, use individual logins rather than shared passwords and only receive access needed for their tasks. Your data stays in your own systems. You can review activity in the tools you use and remove access at any time. For sensitive industries, we agree extra rules in writing, such as what may never be stored or shared.

Can I end a virtual assistant plan if my needs change?

Yes. Plans are not long-term contracts. You can reduce, pause or end a plan with the notice period stated in your agreement. When a plan ends, we confirm all access has been removed and hand back any documents or procedures created for you, so your team or a future assistant can continue the work.

Billing & support

When am I invoiced for a project?

Your scope sets out the payment schedule before work begins. Smaller projects and snapshots are usually paid upfront. Larger projects are often split, with part paid at the start and the rest at delivery or agreed milestones. Monthly plans are invoiced at the start of each billing period. You will never receive an invoice for an amount you have not agreed.

Do you charge for small questions after a project ends?

Questions during the support window after handover are included. After that, quick questions are usually answered without charge when they relate to work we delivered. Requests that involve building, fixing or changing something are quoted first or handled under a monthly plan. We tell you upfront if something would be billable.

How do I request help with something that is broken?

Email us or post in your shared project board with a short description, the account or page affected and, ideally, a screenshot. We reply within one business day and prioritize issues that affect customers, such as forms not submitting or messages sending incorrectly. If the cause is on a third-party platform, we explain what we found and what can be done.

Can I pause a monthly plan?

In many cases, yes. If you have a quiet season or a temporary change in priorities, ask your contact about pausing. Hosting-related plans, such as website or dashboard care, usually need to continue so the site stays online, but support and assistant plans can often be paused or reduced. Terms depend on the plan and are confirmed in writing.

What is your policy on refunds?

Because most of our work is custom and starts immediately, we focus on preventing problems with clear scopes, previews and approvals before payment milestones. If something goes wrong or a purchase is not what you expected, contact us. We review each situation individually and explain the options available under our current policy, which is shared before you buy.

What hours is support available?

Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern Time, and we reply within one business day. Virtual assistant coverage follows the schedule agreed for your plan, which can include evenings or weekends for roles like appointment setting. If you need extended technical support hours, ask about it during scoping.
