GoHighLevel snapshots
One-time price per snapshot: 12 automation systems, 50+ workflows and a prebuilt website, installed within 1 business day with A2P registration and 10 customization hours.
Third-party costs are separate. Your GoHighLevel subscription, phone numbers, SMS, email and AI usage, domain names and any paid plugins or APIs are billed by those providers directly. All prices are in US dollars and quoted in writing before work starts.
What does it really cost to run GoHighLevel with an agency?
There are three cost layers. First is your GoHighLevel subscription, paid to HighLevel at their published monthly rates. Second is usage, such as text messages, calls, email sending and AI features, which grows with your volume. Third is professional help, such as a one-time setup or snapshot, and optionally a monthly support plan or virtual assistant to keep things running.
A small local business might pay for a snapshot or setup once, then run the system itself with occasional help. An agency managing many sub-accounts usually adds a support plan, a GoHighLevel VA and dashboard customization. We map out all three layers during scoping so you can compare the total against the time and missed leads the system is meant to save.

Are one-time projects or monthly plans better value?
One-time projects suit work with a clear finish line, such as building a website, installing a snapshot, designing a dashboard or customizing your theme. You pay once and own the result. They are the right choice when you have someone on your team who can handle small changes afterwards, or when your needs rarely change. You can always add a monthly plan later if that changes.
Monthly plans suit work that never really ends, such as fixing issues, keeping integrations running, updating content or handling daily tasks through a virtual assistant. They are usually more economical than paying for many small projects, and they give you a predictable cost. None of our monthly plans are required to keep using what we build, so you can start and stop as needs change.
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions people ask us most. If yours is not here, ask us directly.
Why do you publish prices when many agencies do not?
Because pricing is usually the first thing people want to know, and hiding it wastes everyone's time. Published starting prices help you decide whether we are a sensible fit before booking a call. Your final price depends on scope, but it will be written down and agreed before work starts, and it will not change without your approval.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers through secure invoices. Monthly plans are billed automatically each month to the payment method you choose. If your business needs purchase orders or specific invoice details for accounting, let us know during scoping and we will accommodate them where possible.
Do you require a deposit before starting a project?
For most one-time projects, we ask for part of the fee upfront to reserve your build slot, with the balance due at delivery or at agreed milestones. Smaller projects and snapshots are usually paid in full at the start. The exact payment schedule is written into your scope, so you know every amount and due date before you commit.
Are there extra costs beyond your quoted price?
Our quote covers our work as described in the scope. Separate costs you pay directly may include your GoHighLevel subscription, text and call usage, domain registration, paid fonts or stock images and any third-party software. We list the ones that apply to your project during scoping. If you ask for work outside the scope, we quote it first.
Can I upgrade from a smaller plan to a larger one later?
Yes. Website plans can be expanded with more pages or features later, and you only pay for the additional work. Monthly support and virtual assistant plans can move up or down as your needs change. We will let you know if your usage suggests a different plan would be better value, rather than waiting for you to ask.
Do you offer discounts for agencies with several clients?
Agencies that send repeat work, such as several snapshot installs, sub-account setups or websites, can ask about volume pricing. It depends on how standardized the work is, since repeatable builds take less time. Tell us roughly how many projects you expect and what they involve, and we will put a written proposal together.
Is the GoHighLevel subscription included in your prices?
No. You subscribe to GoHighLevel directly with HighLevel, which keeps the account and billing in your name and under your control. Our prices cover setup, builds, customization, support and assistants. We can advise which HighLevel plan suits your needs, but we do not resell or mark up the subscription itself.
How do monthly plans handle cancellation?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with notice as described in your agreement, and there are no long lock-in contracts. When a plan ends, you keep everything we built, along with the documentation. For hosted items such as websites or dashboards, we help you move them to your own hosting or another provider so nothing stops working unexpectedly.
